Mentorship Fridays
Every Friday at 7:00 PM, ATSAC hosts a live session on the ATSAC Online Platform, featuring a selected mentor who shares their journey, expertise, and insights with the wider community.
These sessions are open to all ATSAC community members — students, trainees, professionals, and the public. Speakers are drawn from the mentor pool across diverse industries and backgrounds. As a mentor, you may be invited to headline a session and inspire thousands.

Who Can Be a Mentor?
We welcome professionals from all walks of life. These are the qualities we look for.
Professional Experience
A minimum of 10 years of active, verifiable experience in your field — whether in tech, creative industries, vocational trades, entrepreneurship, or public service.
Demonstrated Expertise
You have a skill, knowledge, or career journey that can meaningfully impact young Abians. Formal degrees are not required — your track record speaks for itself.
Passion for Community
You genuinely care about the development of Abia State and are motivated by more than recognition. Community builders, Diaspora professionals, and home-grown experts are all welcome.
Time Commitment
Mentors commit to at least one hour per month for one-on-one mentee sessions, plus optional participation in Mentorship Fridays as a featured speaker.
Digital Accessibility
You are able to engage online via the ATSAC platform — video calls, group discussions, and live sessions. Diaspora mentors can participate fully from anywhere in the world.
Collaborative Spirit
You are open to sharing your story — including your failures and lessons — and are committed to listening to and guiding your mentees without judgment.
