Businesses Apply
Entrepreneurs across Phase 1 LGAs submit applications for the Technology Enabling Business Grant.
TSPs Register
Technology companies sign up to the ATSAC platform and list their services for grant-funded businesses.
LGA Pitch & Selection
Up to 13 businesses per LGA are selected through LGA-level mobilisation, screening, pitch and validation.
Mentors Guide
Mentors advise businesses and TSPs to ensure technology solutions are correctly implemented.
Tier-Based Grant Disbursed
Grants of ₦750k, ₦1.5M or ₦2.5M per business disbursed based on verified needs and approved tier.
Impact Measured
Beneficiary records, impact tracking and periodic implementation reports submitted to the Board and Government.

Each LGA receives a ₦18M grant envelope supporting up to 13 businesses across three tiers — sized to real technology needs and business maturity.
